How do I know that the products you sell are genuine?
As an authorized distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% genuine.
What payment methods does Wardrobe of Elegance accept?
We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer.
Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.
How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Wardrobe of Elegance is very easy:
– If you know what you are looking for, click on the links which suit you best. You can also shop by browsing directly by the brand/ designers name.
– Once you have found an item, click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button.
– Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ icon to delete items from your shopping bag.
– Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You will have to place a separate order.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
How do I track my order?
Once your payment has been made successfully, you will be able to track your order instantly through wardrobofelegance.com delivery tracker. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY WARDROBE followed by TRACK ORDER.
How long will it take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks for unstitched suits. For stitched outfits stitching time depends on the number of outfits you order and a tentative completion time is communicated while you are placing an order Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Wardrobe of Elegance is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it must be cancelled within 24 hours otherwise it is not possible to cancel.
How much does delivery cost?
Different locations have different delivery costs. The delivery cost is calculated instantly during the checkout process.
What happens if the product I've ordered isn't in stock?
Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse. If this happens, you will be notified and we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock. You will not be charged for out of stock items.
Why do I need to give you an e-mail address?
We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and tracking details. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
Which size should I choose?
Click here to view size chart of our in house tailor. We also provide made to measure service where the item will be stitched to your size with no extra charges. Click here to complete measuring form for made to measure and click submit once completed.
Do you offer customized stitching? How can I submit my measurements?
Yes with all the unstitch products we offer customized stitching. Stitching charges are mentioned with each product. You can have modification such as having full sleeves, trouser instead of Churidaar and etc. You may mention complete stitching details and your size once filling out our measurement form. If you are having problem giving out your measurements then don’t worry we can stitch your outfits using a standard size that is extra small, Small, Medium Large or Extra Large!
