Delivery

Delivery for unstitched products takes approximately 2 weeks.

Delivery for stitched items takes 4-6 weeks.

Please note that Wardrobe of Elegance products can be exchanged within 24 hrs of delivery of unstitched suits only.. However the products that are customized as per customer’s requirement cannot be exchanged. There is no Refund or Exchange for products that are offered at discount prices.

In case of exchange, both way shipment charges are to be made by the customer.

Wardrobe of elegance does not offer any return or MONEY-BACK-GURANTEE on all purchased items. The refund occurs unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item that will be only refunded/exchanged if the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer within 3 working days once delivered. Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds, refunds are only available in the form of a credit note. Reserved items can be Cancelled within 7 days and deposit will be refunded. After the 7 day period if any reserved items are cancelled the deposit is non refundable and cannot be used towards any new orders.  Please Note: If there is a deadline around peak times eg Eid and any Order received after this will be stitched after Eid. Please Keep in Mind the tailors have 2 weeks break after Eid. Normal stitching time frame will be applied From When the tailors Break ends.
